Topflight Airport Concierge and Travel Pvt. Ltd (TACT) respects the privacy of any entity or individual who is a customer of TACT. TACT is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. Topflight Airport Concierge and Travel Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, and having its Corporate Office at 1204, B-wing, Raval Tower, Plot no. 16. Sector 11. CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra India– 400614, (hereinafter referred to as “TACT” which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof include its successors and permitted assigns). This privacy notice is issued by TACT, so when we mention the TACT, "we", "Us" or "our" in this privacy notice, we are referring to Topflight Airport Concierge and Travel Pvt. Ltd. 

a. This privacy policy aims to give customers an information on how TACT collects and processes their personal data gathered through any one of the ways, it may engage with its customers such as (without limitation), when a customer use the www.tactclub.com(“Website”) and any TACT product-related website(s), if any (regardless of where a customer visit such website from), when the customer order products or services from TACT, sign up to receive a newsletter, or attend an event, seminar, webinar, online discussion forums etc. that TACT may organise, or where there is an understanding between TACT and any entity or individual (who can be identified by TACT be an existing or potential customer, supplier, consultant) to communicate following a commercial meeting or a meeting at a business event, or because TACT has identified any entity or individual as a potential customer, or because TACT has, already received in past or intents to receive in future, any supply of goods or services by any entity or individual.

b. It is important that customers read this privacy notice together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice TACT may provide on specific occasions when it is collecting or processing personal data of its customers so that all customers are fully aware of how and why TACT is using their data. This privacy notice supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.

c. The Website is owned by TACT and TACT is the controller of data as may be collected from any region within India or abroad and all such data as may be collected shall be subject to Applicable Laws in India. We would be happy to deal with your concerns in relation to your data. You can contact Director Office, which shall be responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy notice. d. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep Us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with Us.

e. Our websites may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our websites, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

f. Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

i. Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

ii. Identity and Contact Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier and title; and billing/delivery address, email id and telephone numbers.

iii. Financial and Transaction Data includes bank account and payment card details. Payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from Us.

iv. Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, language, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our websites.

v. Usage Data includes information about how you use our websites, products and services.

vii. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

viii. Where we need to collect personal data for delivery of services or service fulfilment by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel service you have with Us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

i. Direct interactions: You may give Us your Identity, Contact and Financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with Us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

1. apply for our products or services.

2. create an account on one of our TACT product websites (become a user);

3. subscribe to our service or publications.

4. request marketing (e.g. a newsletter) to be sent to you.

5. enter a competition, promotion or survey.

6. make an enquiry via our websites; or

7. give Us some feedback.

ii. Automated technologies or interactions: As you interact with our websites, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns of use on our websites. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.

iii. Third parties or publicly available sources: We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as may be available from time to time. Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services based inside or outside India. Identity and Contact Data from publicly availably sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside India.

iv. Generally, we will only use your data in the following circumstances:

1. Where we need to perform the contract, we are about to enter or have entered into with you.

2. Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

3. Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

4. We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising; for example, if you have registered as a user of our Tactclub.com website you can modify your preference settings at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting Us at info@tactclub.com

5. We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you (we call this marketing).

6. You will receive marketing communications from Us about services offered by Us either directly or through third parties;

7. We may also be sending you this privacy notice because we have your business card from an event or consider that you are a potential customer. We would like to add you to our contact list and send you marketing. We are able to do this as you are a business contact and further, you can opt out of receiving marketing from Us at any time.

8. You can ask Us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting Us at info@tactclub.com at any time. Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to Us as a result of a product/service purchase, product/service experience or other transactions.

h. Please note that we may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, where this is required or permitted by Indian laws.

i. We shall endeavour to take appropriate measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

j. We keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for certain periods of time, e.g. 10 years after they cease being customers for marketing, financial, accounting, and tax purposes. 

k. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

l. We may need to request specific information from you to help Us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

m. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally, it may take Us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

n. You can withdraw your consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent in writing through a registered mail or electronic email communication on info@tactclub.com. Once you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
