Important Note

Please note that Meet & Assist services are exclusively extended to guests named in the confirmation voucher. To ensure a seamless experience and avoid any delays at the airport, any accompanying guests without a prior booking will kindly be guided to the regular terminal lines unless an on-the-spot arrangement is requested and processed.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will attract Express Charges for both Domestic and International services.
Bookings under the Elite category cannot be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled service time.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will attract 100% cancellation charges.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will attract 60% cancellation charges.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled service time will attract 20% cancellation charges.
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled service time will attract 10% cancellation charges.
Bookings under packages expressly offering a "Special Cancellation" or "Unlimited Reschedule" benefit shall be governed by that package's specific terms, which take precedence over the standard cancellation schedule above.
Buggy service is subject to availability and the location of the boarding/departure gate.
